3D Molecule Builder

Press "New" to add atoms.

Drag an atom over another atom to form a bond.

Pull an atom away from another atom to break a bond.

+ moves selected atom closer, dragging any other atoms it may be attached to with it.

- moves selected atom farther away.

"Fix" freezes an atom in it's current position.

The other buttons are just for fun.

The idea behind this applet was to make a molecule builder that was intuitive, fun and easy to use. Although it doesn't do anything too advanced, you can build cool molecules with it. Once, I even built a buckyball.

Maybe I'll improve this applet someday to make it do more cool stuff.
